The Landmark Trust have just posted a job listing for a couple to live and work on the stunning island in the Bristol Channel. Do you and your partner have what it takes to be one of the few people to have ever lived here?

Lundy Island are looking for a cargo handler / maintenance person and their partner to move to the island and help maintain their 23 self-catering properties.

The successful applicant's partner would also be required to work as a general assistant within the housekeeping or tavern team. Accommodation and utilities are all included in the position.

In 2007 the island had a population of just 28 people so you would become part of an exclusive group who have ever had the privilege of calling this wonderful location home.

Lundy is 12 miles away from the mainland and has been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest for its unique collection of flora and fauna that you would share the area with.

So if you fancy escaping the modern world and living in one of Britain's most unique landscapes, get your application in today.
