The world's slam poetry champion Harry Baker is giving a show in Devon on Friday, 6 February.
The 22-year-old will be appearing at Braunton Academy in a performance in aid of the North Devon school’s PTA.
Organisers say the rising star will be performing some of the most unique and hilarious spoken word rap poems ever heard.
Harry, a university student at Bristol, performs around the UK and abroad and launched his first book The Sunshine Kid before Christmas. He has also given two TED talks. Through his poetry he has made maths, falafel, and dinosaur love cool. He even raps in German.
Proceeds from the event will go towards resourcing the new learning centre within the Academy.
Tickets are £6 for adults and £4 for under 18s, from the school reception or on the door. The event runs from 6.30-9.30pm.
