Orchestra’s Exeter concert will support local charity

Following last year’s triumphant performance of Mahler 8, EMG Symphony Orchestra returns to Exeter University’s Great Hall on Saturday 23 November at 7.30pm, with a programme featuring selections from Prokofiev’s popular Romeo and Juliet Suites 1 and 2 and Brahms’s Symphony No 4.

The event will be in aid of the Exeter-based FORCE Cancer Charity.

This concert also marks the coming-of-age of the EMG Wind Orchestra, who will be performing David Bedford’s evocative Sun Paints Rainbows on the Vast Waves.
