The largest photography exhibition of its kind to take place in Devon will be hosted at Poltimore House, near Exeter this month.

Local photographer Luke Joyce’s ‘Exploring The Expired’ exhibition will take place 27-30 September.

It will showcase over 300 pictures from Luke’s photography trips over the past six years. These include photos from abandoned theme parks, huge deserted industrial zones, underground medical facilities and secret military establishments.

“My free exhibition will take you to places which have never been seen before,” says Luke.

The historic Poltimore House, which itself has been in a derelict state for 30 years, is the perfect location for an exciting photo exhibition about places left alone, only to be reclaimed by nature.

This unique exhibition features nine individual “zones” to explore, plus offers visitors the chance to win a one-of-a-kind prize at the Open Day, which takes place on Saturday, 27 September.
