Go to Marldon Christmas Tree Farm to enjoy a German Christmas Market
A German Christmas Market will make buying the festive tree a real family occasion at Marldon in Devon.
The team at Marldon Christmas Tree Farm believe Christmas officially starts when you buy your Christmas tree.
They also believe choosing the tree should be done as a family. With that in mind they are launching their German Christmas Market to help turn this belief into a tradition.
Visitors buying Christmas trees will now be able to soak up the holiday season in true Christkindlmarkt style from 27 November.
Situated at Marldon Christmas Tree Farm, the German Market will provide visitors with a large selection of food and drink from quality local food vendors, breweries, cider produces and distilleries.
Among those in attendance will be The Good Game Company, Hunts Cider, Cottage Confectionary Company, Linley’s Bistro, Devon Distillery, Okemoor Fine Foods, Piccolo Pizza, Saveurs Bakery, Plymouth Tea, Anderton & Rowland Sweets and Gingerbread and many more.
The German Market will also provide visitors with ample opportunities to stock up on Christmas gifts and trinkets, with a selection of jewellery makers, homeware and shabby chic companies, luxury hampers, local artists and toy stalls.
Children will be able to visit Santa’s grotto, ride the Christmas land train and take a look at Santa’s magical reindeer.
There will be a selection of local musicians, school choirs and artists on hand to provide entertainment from 27 November to 21 December.
Find the market at Marldon Christmas Tree Farm, Totnes Road, Marldon, Devon, TQ3 1RR. It happens on Thursday and Friday evenings (5-9pm) and Saturday and Sundays (10am-7pm) from 27 November until 21 December.
