The Weary Ploughman's first ever Murder Mystery evening, the Baskerville Murder, held as part of the English Riviera's famous Agatha Christie Festival was a resounding success.

The Weary Ploughman is located in Brixham next to the Churston Steam Railway Station featured in Agatha Christie's ABC Murders and is only 2 miles from Agatha Christies famous riverside residence at Greenway (now National Trust) on the beautiful River Dart.

The event was heldas part of the 8th official English Riviera Agatha Christie Festival, which celebrates the life and work of the famous, locally-born Queen of Crime.

Murder and suspense was supplied by Candlelight Theatre Company. Whilst guests worked out the Murder Mystery clues and tried to solve the case, they were served a delicious three-course table dhote dinner.
