Michael Caines MBE held an evening at Abode Exeter on Tuesday 24th August, where guests enjoyed a drinks reception with canaps followed by a 5 course meal. As an entre to each course Michael Caines MBE explained how each dish was prepared and cooked with specially selected wines which were served to compliment each dish and were described by Steve Edwards (Group Food & Beverage Manager for Abode Hotels).
