Agatha Christies written output was as varied as it was prolific and her millions of readers all have their favourites. But what do the experts regard as her greatest works?

Who are her most remarkable characters and which is the definitive Christie whodunit? A lively debate, held at the hotel where she spent her honeymoon, took place in this panel discussion comprising Agatha Christies grandson, Mathew Prichard; Christie expert and editor of The Secret Notebooks, John Curran; the English language publisher of Agatha Christie at HarperCollins, David Brawn and BBC broadcaster and ardent Christie fan, David Fitzgerald.

A VIP cream tea was held, followed by a cocktail reception with canapes before the panel started the evening's debate. Result to follow...
