Wilkie May & Tuckwood has aquired the respected company of Bramley & Dinnes in St Mary Street a local firm trading for nearly 30 years. Both Ian and Nigel Dinnes are delighted with the takeover and will remain fully supportive of the new office,

Local expanding and progressive Somerset and Devon Estate agents, Wilkie May & Tuckwood are set to open the latest office in Bridgwater.


Wilkie May & Tuckwood has aquired the respected company of Bramley & Dinnes in St Mary Streeta local firm trading for nearly 30 years. Both Ian and Nigel Dinnes are delighted with the takeover and will remain fully supportive of the new office, both have been offered consultancy positions by Wilkie May & Tuckwood.


This will beWilkie May and Tuckwoods 8th local Office including a thrivingProperty Lettings Company since theystarted trading in the early 1990s in Taunton, the office will be run by local man Nick Hale.


Nick Hale began his estate agency career in Bridgewater in 1985 and with now over 25 years experience mainly in Bridgwater. He has also worked inTaunton,Wellington and Chard he comments


working in estate agency throughout the region has expanded my understandingwithinthe industry and given me a more rounded view of what really works well to succeed in any market place. I am very excited at the prospect of returning to Bridgwater to the area and the people I know.


The Bridgwater office will follow the highly successful model previously used by Wilkie May & Tuckwood in their established offices through Somerset and Devon,

The new Wilkie May & Tuckwood office will be opening its doors on1st of February and will be located at 34 Mary Street, Bridgewater where Nick Hale and team welcome clients old and new tocall inand discuss any property related matters or to arrange a free up to date property valuation.
