Artisan Devon soup producer Tideford Organics has called on world-renowned chefs Aldo Zilli, Mark Hix and Mitch Tonks to create three divine new soups for their highly anticipated 'celebrity chefs' soup range.
The delicious, organic and gluten-free flavours with no added sugar include Mitch Tonks’ Smoked Haddock Chowder with Organic Leeks and Peas, Mark Hix’s Celeriac and Apple soup and Aldo Zilli’s Tuscan Bean soup.
Mitch Tonks’ Smoked Haddock Chowder with Organic Leeks and Peas uses naturally smoked haddock caught off the South West coast. Thick and creamy, this mouth-watering chowder is a hearty dish and great served with fresh warm bread.
