Gro Company managing director Christian Jones said: “It’s been the result of an exceptional two years of growth culminating in a successful management buyout. It is a little known fact in the south west how good this business is.

“In the UK we are the number one baby sleep product and in John Lewis we are a top five nursery brand, which is a fantastic achievement.

“We sell in 30 countries worldwide which means we are are truly global brand but much of the work is done here, in-house, so it’s nice to have homegrown talent here in the south west.”
