Darts Farm’s annual Food and Drink Festival will kick start the festive celebrations on 23 November. This free event will see an array of local food and drink producers with delicious tasters, special offers and even a bouncy castle for the children.

Darts Farm will also be holding a Christmas Wreath Workshop on Sunday 30 November where Liz Baxter, manager of the Flower Shack, will guide you through the traditional methods of wreath making to build your own unique Christmas piece to take home.

December will play host to the Festive Indulgence Evening on Wednesday 3 December, where ticket holders will have the chance to meet two starred Michelin chef Michael Caines and watch a range of fabulous Christmas masterclasses from world class food and drink producers and luxurious gift demonstrations. There will also be a whole heap of festive cheer with carol singing, mulled cider and mince pies!

New for 2014 is Darts Farm’s Christmas Workshop Evening on Wednesday 10 December. Pick up cooking suggestions from the AGA Shop, canapé ideas from the chefs and meat carving tips from the Butchers at Darts Farm. Learn how to dress your Christmas table from The Orange Tree, see Santa in his grotto and do some late night shopping at this free event.

Now in its third year, the Carol Service will top off the Christmas festivities with Christ Church Woodbury and Ottery St. Mary Silver Band putting on a wonderful evening of well-known carols and readings on Wednesday 17 December in the Darts Farm restaurant. Also, expect a visit from Santa and enjoy our last evening of late night shopping.

Michael Dart says: “Christmas is without doubt our favourite time of year; a chance for family and friends to get together and enjoy tasty food and drink, what could be better?”

As well as the delicious Christmas menu in the restaurant, late night shopping every Wednesday, carol singers and Santa himself; Christmas shopping at Darts Farm is an occasion in itself. With a fantastic range of luxurious gifts, toys for children of all ages and the finest selection of artisan food and drink, Christmas can be extra special this year and with it all under one roof, extra easy too!
