Renovated from an old fisherman’s store, The Boathouse Cafe boasts a fresh bright interior and features a mezzanine level. The Boathouse Cafe is perfect for delicious fresh fish dining from daytime through to evening and there’s also covered and heated outdoor seating on the quayside, with fantastic views, for drinking and dining al fresco. Harbourside Fish and Chips on Southside Street on Plymouth’s Barbican is the South West regional winner of the National Fish and Chip Shop Awards 2015 category for Independent Takeaway Fish and Chip Shop of the Year.

The restaurant and takeaway - which focuses on fresh, sustainable seafood - serves battered, grilled and pan-fried fish, as well as healthier fish and chips, fried with less oil, with chips cut to the healthiest possible size. Mitch Tonks’ Rockfish restaurant has been named a double winner in the UK’s Fish and Chips Awards winning the Community Contribution Award and the Best Multiple Operator Award. With restaurants in Plymouth, Dartmouth and Torquay, and one soon to launch in Brixham, the Rockfish restaurant brand focuses on quality and service and making seafood accessible for all. The Galley, Topsham

The Galley in Topsham focuses on great food that is simple and delicious. Serving fish and shellfish from Day Boats landing their catch at Lyme Regis, Brixham, Looe or Newlyn, some fish is even line caught and they only serve species that are not under threat.
