Straight off the back of London Fashion Week, Princesshay launched its Autumn Winter Fashion Festival with two days of fun, stylish and free catwalk shows on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th September.

Straight off the back of London Fashion Week, Princesshay launched its Autumn Winter Fashion Festival with two days of fun, stylish and free catwalk shows on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th September creating an exciting atmosphere in the award winning shopping quarter. Princesshays official charity partner, Hospiscare were on site throughout the whole event and raised an impressive 1, 204.65 for the fantastic work they do in Exeter and East Devon.

To celebrate the seasons key looks and trends, special guests were invited to an exclusive sneak preview of the shows in Reiss on Thursday 23rd September from 6.30pm 8.30pm. Over 80 guests enjoyed canaps from Carluccios and Hugg together with sparkling refreshments.

Princesshays professional models were joined by Exeter City Football Captain Matt Taylor and former Goalkeeper Andy Marriot. The two handsome footballers looked every bit the pro in clothing from retailers in Princesshay including Debenhams, Moss, All Saints and Reiss.

Commenting on the evening Andy Marriott said, The whole experience has been great fun and the pros helped calm our nerves. Its very different from the day job but we were delighted to have been asked to take part.

Both Andy and Matt then joined 12 professional models on Princesshays main 20 metre catwalk in the 3pm and 4pm shows on Friday 24th September. Large crowds enjoyed high energy shows packed with the latest looks and trends with many of Princesshays retailer offering shoppers special discounts as part of their Autumn Winter Fashion Festival.

As well as high fashion catwalks shows, shoppers could sit back and relax in Princesshays pamper lounge, under the main glass canopy with complimentary treatments from Molton Brown, Neals Yard Remedies and professional stylists and beauticians

to host Princesshays biggest ever outdoor fashion shows!

As Princesshays official charity partner, Hospiscare, have joined the team throughout the two day Fashion Festival running a shop then drop point in the former Parchment unit opposite Carluccios to collect unwanted clothes for resale in Hospiscare charity shops.

Princesshay and Hospiscare invite people to de-clutter their wardrobes by dropping off their unwanted clothes to be sold on in Hospiscares stores raising money for the charity while gaining inspiration for the new season from the fashion shows!

Princesshays Autumn Winter fashion shows present an eclectic mix of styles and trends for this season including the must have Military, Victorian romance, Gothic and Simple Chic looks for men, women and children of all ages, featuring all the top brands in Princesshay.

Participating retailers included Debenhams, Fat Face, All Saints, Zara, Reiss, 2Seasons, Moss, LK Bennett, Hobbs, Musto, Next, Warehouse, Caroline Charles, Gap, Dorothy Perkins, Oasis, Coast, New Look, Jane Norman and Swarovski.

In addition to their outdoor fashion shows Princesshay are looking for their first Face of Exeters Princesshay by scouting for individuals with personality and presence that can represent the award winning shopping centre for a year. To be in with a chance of winning this competition visit the Princesshay shopping quarter between Friday 24th September and Saturday 2nd October to enter. Make sure you look your best as a photographer will be stationed at the former Disney store adjacent to Next from 11am 3pm to take your picture and help you fill out the entry form.

The Princesshay Autumn Winter Fashions shows provide the ideal chance to see all the latest styles and fashion for this season, giving the perfect excuse to update your wardrobe!
