Despite difficult market conditions, the Savills Canford Cliffs office have exchanged contracts on waterfront sales totalling in excess of 6 million pounds in one road alone!!

Keith Fensom Associate Director who heads the office up said We were delighted to have brought a series of sales together so close to each other. The success of these sales, was due to a number of reasons including, our national network of offices, strong brand name, award winning website and local and national PR and advertising campaigns.

Keith went onto say that Despite the current pressure on house prices, which have been in effect during the second half of this year, we have been successful in selling a number of properties, where many sellers have now accepted that they are unlikely to achieve as much for their homes as they perhaps would have three years ago, but can also purchase at a lower level.

Keith says I am particularly delighted with our team at the Canford Cliffs office, who are all fully trained and therefore able to adapt to current uncertain market conditions. This enables them to provide a high level of service to both buyers and sellers. The team comprises; Sabrina Bodley - Associate, Pippa Leech - Marketing Coordinator, Jacquie Owen Negotiator and myself.

I feel that in these more turbulent times, it is more important than ever to instruct an agent that can provide a national exposure to achieve a higher level of interest for their clients. In addition to Savills having 75 offices across the country including London, we also have an international network of offices which is becoming more important with sales now being agreed to overseas buyers.

If you are considering selling your property in the new year and would like some free no obligation marketing advice, please do not hesitate to contact Savills at Canford Cliffs on 01202 708888.
