Court Barton is a group of beautiful converted Georgian barns set peacefully in a tiny hamlet in one of the loveliest corners of Devon between Salcombe and Thurlestone. Made up of 12 properties sleeping between four and eight people, surrounded by four acres of beautiful landscaped grounds, Court Barton is an ideal choice for a spring/summer break for couples, individual families or groups of friends.

The choice of properties, as well as the excellent facilities on offer, is what makes Court Barton so special. Each cottage is individual in style from the boutique hotel feel of the Roundhouse to the airy, sunny theme of Cottage Five; all are finished to a very high standard and enjoy views either of the pretty courtyards or down the valley to the sea.

The cottages share use of both outdoor and indoor swimming pools, as well as a games room with table tennis and pool tables, an all-weather tennis court, and the grounds include an orchard and croquet lawn. And if that’s not enough, the sandy beach at South Milton and Thurlestone Sands is only a mile away as well as some stunning walks on the South West Coast Path and surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village of Thurlestone itself is a little further on with its famous golf course, and the beautiful sailing mecca of Salcombe estuary with its golden beaches is only three miles.

The stunning cottages at Court Barton also now benefit from online 3D virtual tours, a unique feature to Toad Hall Cottages, their letting agent. The captivating tours bring the properties to life and are a much easier way to visualise layout and detail, to make sure the one you choose is perfect for you.

The 3D tour of The Round House at Court Barton is particularly spectacular, and shows the scale of the property with its beautiful muted tones and luxury furnishings to full effect. A holiday in this stunning property, sleeping eight in four bedrooms, would be a real treat, with highlights including the huge semi-circular living room with vaulted ceiling and fabulous sea views; as well as the stylish master bedroom suite with super king bed and stand-alone bath. The rest of the property won’t disappoint either with three further luxurious bedrooms, three bathrooms stocked with L’Occitane products, top of the range kitchen and immaculate décor throughout.

That said, all of the properties at Court Barton are spectacular and with the facilities on offer and the fabulous location, children and adults will enjoy a truly memorable holiday. Prices for seven nights start at £466. w
