Savills Truro is pleased to announce a further expansion of its residential sales team with the appointment of Matthew Rowe, who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with him to the firm's Lemon Street offices.

Matthew grew up in Cornwall and started his career as a photographer studying and training in Plymouth before working in London for a leading advertising photographer, until his keen interest in property attracted him to estate agency, where he has handled the sale of properties varying from seaside apartments to country estates. Matthew has three children and is involved heavily with their chosen activities. His son Joshua is a keen rugby player and Matthew manages his team Truro RFC under 13s. His two daughters are keen ballerinas with Sophie a regular performer with the Duchy Ballet.

Matthew has spent the last ten years working for a well respected national firm in Truro, and is now looking forward to the next stage of his estate agency career, with Savills. "Client satisfaction and a desire to offer the best in service has always been a driving factor for me and so I am thrilled to be joining such a diverse and well respected international property firm."

Director in charge of Savills Truro office Jonathan Cunliffe commented "Matthew has gained an excellent reputation and a broad knowledge of the Cornish property market over the last ten years, and so will be a great asset to us as we continue to expand our business over the coming years."
