The South West's leading legal voice on food, drink and leisure issues, Kitsons, has announced its plans to sponsor one of the region's favourite food and music events, the Festival After Dark at Exeter Festival of South West Food & Drink.

The South Wests leading legal voice on food, drink and leisure issues, Kitsons, has announced its plans to sponsor one of the regions favourite food and music events, the Festival After Dark at Exeter Festival of South West Food & Drink.

Taking place in the surroundings of Exeter Castle's Courtyard on Friday 29th April and Saturday 1st May, the Festival After Dark will feature live music from local bands, delicious regional food and drink, plus chef demos from some familiar faces, including past Masterchef stars and Apprentice star, Kate Walsh.

Andrew Perkins, Joint Managing Partner and Kitsons industry specialist states:

What a tremendous festival for us to be part of. Weve been representing clients throughout the region from this sector since William Kitson first started his law practice in Torquay in the 1800s its literally embedded in our history.

The South West region offers such a wealth and depth of locally produced food and drink that celebrations of this nature are imperative to continue to raise its profile throughout the UK, and beyond. As experts on food, drink and leisure legal issues, as well as a nationally recognised licensing practice, Kitsons is delighted to be sponsoring this festival, its very much a natural progression for us.

The evening Festival After Dark event follows the daytime Exeter Festival of South West Food & Drink, which includes three sumptuous days of delicious treats from more than 100 regional producers, plus celebrity chef demos, and workshops for all the family. ! Day one of the Festival is the ideal way for food fans to celebrate the Royal Wedding. With a giant screen, commemorative royal-themed produce and a fancy dress competition, the Festival After Dark that follows is the perfect way to celebrate.

Derek Philips, Festival Chairman said:

Were really looking forward to this years event and are especially pleased to have such a well-known regional law firm supporting us. As a firm synonymous with high quality food and drink legal expertise, the synergy between Kitsons and the festival is clear to see and were hoping to make this event our best yet!

The Festival After Dark is a special event with a unique atmosphere, and were encouraging everyone to come along and enjoy the great food and lively music. We still have tickets remaining for those looking for a night out with a difference.

With clients across the region including Paramount 21, Tiger Bills, Duchy Hotel Group, Buccaneer Holdings Ltd, Venture Inns and DartmoorBrewery, Kitsons is ranked as one of the South Wests leading law firms with offices in Torquay, Exeter, Plymouth and Newton Abbot.
