WINNER: The Jack in the Green

There’s now a 23 year pedigree behind the team at the Jack and Matthew’s cooking has precision and excitement in equal measure. The beef and pork travel no distance at all, the chicken and duck are both free range. Pheasant, partridge, snipe, pigeon, venison and woodcock all feature on the Specials board when they are at their best.

HIGHLY COMMENDED: The Swan Inn, Bampton

Set in the charming historic town of Bampton, The Swan, has recently been renovated to a high standard with a solid oak bar giving it a contemporary yet traditional feel. They have a passion for food and with this we like to embrace the use of local produce and create some real pub classics such as sausages and mash, cod and chips, pies, grilled rump steak and baguettes with a great choice of sweets to tempt

HIGHLY COMMENDED: The Treby Arms, Sparkwell

A delightfully rustic Michelin Starred country pub which holds a hidden secret. An exquisite freshly prepared menu designed to tempt and delight anyone looking for fantastic food created by MasterChef Winner Anton Piotrowski. Whether it’s an intimate meal for two or a family friendly evening meal there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
